"Pete, take them away," said Dr. Hector. Pete pushed a button and the net was pulled away. The net was dragged away by a hook on the ceiling, and after 15 minutes of riding a roller coaster maze in the net, they finally reached the destination. "I knew, we shouldn't have come!" said Sonador. "Stop complaining, I can't believe you are my brother." Reve took out a pair of scissors and cut the net. She cut a big hole in it. Both of them and their pokemon fell plunging to the ground. They made a huge noise when they hit the ground. Dr. Hector and Pete were to far away to hear it.

"Okay, Sonador you go to the left and I'll go to the right," said Reve. Sonador nodded. Reve scanned the area. There were all sorts of equipment. Eyedroppers, test tubes, a some weird looking machines that she couldn't identify. The place looked like a lab or testing area. There was a door further down the hall. Reve walked up to it. Slowbro and Bulbasaur stood behind her shivering. Gathering up her courage, she decided that she would open it, regardless of what she feared was outside. She turned the knob.

It was too dark too see anything. The only light source was from the door leading to the lab. She could tell she was outdoors. There were noises from the crickets, and she could hear the sounds from the movement of the night air. The air was damp and chilly. "I should have brought a sweater," said Reve. I wonder where Charmander is, she thought. I have to find a way to shut down this place.

Meanwhile Sonador explored left side of the lab. He looked around for the control room. When Charmander woke up, he found a huge table of food in front of him. "Char char!" Charmander's stomach grumbled. He picked up a rice ball. Mmmm, delicious!, thought Charmander. Charmander munched on the sticky rice. He took another one and popped it into his mouth. "Okay," Dr. Hector shouted. "Time to work!" he said. "Charmander? (already)" Charmander had only eaten two rice balls. "Up, up, up!" ordered Dr. Hector.

The sky was completely dark. "Alright, you win!," said Dr. Hector. "It's too dark to take a swim". Charmander shivered at the thought. "Let's take you to your room," said Dr. Hector. A room, don't I have to sleep in a cage, thought Charmander. Dr. Hector took Charmander to a room, which was small, but perfect for a pokemon Charmander's size. Inside the room, there was a table with food, a treadmill, a small bed, and a pool. Charmander stayed away from the pool. All this just for me, Charmander thought.
